Orders typically process within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, standard domestic delivery takes approximately 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Our system processes orders immediately to ensure fast delivery. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been confirmed.
What does 'Sample Sale' quality mean?
Items may include overstock, past-season collections, or actual press samples. While most items are in pristine condition, some may have minor imperfections or missing original tags, which is reflected in the significant price reduction.
Do you ship internationally?
